A cider made from Belle de Boskoop apples.
Belle de Boskoop – thick-skinned, rough and hard. But beneath the surface lies one of Sweden's best cider apples.
The apples have been pressed into must which has then been filtered to clear. A small part of the must was transferred to a small fermentation vessel. There, yeast was added and the must was fermented into dry apple wine. The dry apple wine was then mixed with just the right amount of the remaining must to reduce the alcohol content to 0.5%. Finally, carbon dioxide was added during bottling, where the cider was also pasteurized in the bottle.
The result was a cider with razor-sharp acidity, elegant sweetness and deep spiciness. Here, the complexity of the apple is highlighted in a delightful way and the experience becomes a flavor explosion that is really highlighted by the lively bubbles.
Suitable for fresh salads and lighter dishes, as well as a mingling drink and thirst quencher.
