GUNNARSHÖGS GÅRD

Gunnarshögs Gård is a family-owned farm in beautiful Österlen, southern Sweden, and has belonged to the Nilsson family since 1897. What began as a traditional farm has grown into an innovative Swedish food producer, best known for its high-quality cold-pressed rapeseed oil.

Rapeseed has been grown on the farm since the 1940s, and today much of the rapeseed is cultivated either directly at Gunnarshögs Gård or nearby. The oil is gently cold-pressed on the farm, giving it its characteristic golden color and naturally nutty flavor.

From classic and flavored rapeseed oils to flaxseed products, sauces, seeds and other Swedish specialties, Gunnarshögs Gård combines local ingredients, craftsmanship and a genuine passion for good food – from seed to bottle.
