Our Svinaberga farm is located on the height of a ridge above Stenshuvud National Park. The conditions here are special. The apple trees are hardened by the harsh winter winds from the sea, and then caressed by the Österlen summer sun and the pleasantly warm autumn air. The poor soil of the ridge creates a certain astringency in the taste of the apples that grow here, the varieties Greensleeve, Aroma, Holsteiner Cox and Blenheim Orange. All this gives Svinaberg cider its clear and complex character, with a slightly higher acidity that lingers, combined with a certain bitterness and roughness. Enjoy it cool.
