Johnny's Marinade, Caribbean Rum, ancho & tamarind - 150 grams

Ahoy old salt! Hold on now landlubbers because here comes a really dark pirate concoction made with a swig of rum, a hook of ancho chili and a whole chest of fruity notes. Marinate for at least an hour, put on the grill and brush on more to make the whole table rock away to the nearest South Sea island. Barbeque Buddies scream AYE, AYE and hoist the Jolly Roger!

Great with seafood and fish, but also goes well with chicken and pork.
