We took a sip and felt a sense of calm spread through our bodies. Somehow the pace slowed down a bit and everything was suddenly under control. The flavors were sweet and crunchy and the name felt natural: Sweet Serenity. You will find notes of soft milk chocolate, flavorful berries and sweet fruit which together form a nice balance in taste and experience. This washed, organic coffee is sophisticated and a pure pleasure to drink!
ROAST PROFILE We roast the coffee lightly and with a short profile to really highlight the freshness and sweetness in the best way. The balance between sweetness and acidity must be spot on as the flavor profile of Sweet Serenity is so clean and elegant!
ORIGIN Right now we have a blend of the coffee in Sweet Serenity. The coffee comes partly from Abder Keder in Ethiopia who runs the Shakiso washing station in Guji, and partly from the Croce Family in Brazil with the farm Fazienda Ambiental Fortaleza.
