Ranch Chicken Wraps (Swedish-Style Quick Lunch)

A creamy, zesty wrap featuring OLW Dip Mix Ranch — perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet OLW Dip Mix Ranch

  • 300 ml sour cream

  • 2 large flour tortillas

  • 200g cooked chicken breast, sliced

  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • A handful of lettuce leaves

  • Optional: shredded cheese, sliced tomatoes

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the OLW Dip Mix Ranch with sour cream. Let it sit for 15 minutes to develop flavor.

  2. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.

  3. Spread a generous amount of the ranch dip over each tortilla.

  4. Layer with lettuce, sliced chicken, cucumber, red onion, and any optional toppings.

  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly, slice in half, and serve immediately.
