Perfect for those who want to bake good gluten-free bread – or for those who usually buy Marta's Gourmetbröd and Sourdough bread in stores. You can now bake these breads yourself at home with exactly the same ingredients as in the breads in the store.

Sourdough toast is a flour mix baked with buckwheat and corn flour – suitable for those who want a gluten-free bread without oats. The bread is gentle on the stomach and is a perfect toast.

Here's how to bake Fibr Sourdough Toast:

1. Measure water in a bowl.

2. Dissolve yeast and syrup in the liquid.

3. Pour in the flour mix and stir until you get a smooth dough.

4. Let rise until double in size with a towel over it, about 90 minutes.

5. Tip onto a baking sheet or pour into a small 1 liter bread pan.

6. Bake for 60 minutes in a fan oven at 200°C. Let cool.
