Falbygdens

Falbygdens is a Swedish cheese brand founded in 1878 in Falköping, known for its rich tradition of aging and flavoring high-quality cheeses. Today, the brand specializes in refining selected cheeses from Sweden and abroad, offering unique varieties like whisky cheddar and pear-cognac cheese. Since 2015, it has been part of Arla Foods but continues to operate under its own name with production based in Falköping. Falbygdens is especially celebrated for its bold seasonal cheeses and long-aged classics like Präst, Herrgård, and Grevé. Its flagship Osteria attracts cheese lovers with tastings, cellar tours, and over 150 cheese varieties.
