Sweet Chili Garlic Noodle Bowl
Ingredients
250 g rice noodles (or spaghetti if you prefer)
1 tbsp sesame oil (or neutral oil)
1 carrot, julienned
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, thinly sliced into half-moons
100 g sugar snap peas or green beans
4–5 cloves Druvan Garlic in Sweet Chili Marinade, roughly chopped
2 tbsp of the sweet chili marinade liquid from the jar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
Toasted sesame seeds & fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
Cook noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Stir-fry veggies: Heat oil in a large pan or wok. Add carrot, pepper, zucchini, and snap peas. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until just tender but still crisp.
Flavor base: Add chopped garlic cloves and ginger (if using). Fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Sauce it up: Stir in soy sauce, vinegar/lime juice, and 2 tbsp of the sweet chili marinade liquid. Toss to coat.
Combine: Add noodles to the pan, toss everything together until heated through.
Serve: Top with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
