Ledins Omega 3 has high purity and stability, which is analyzed at each manufacturing stage. Peroxide value is a measure of stability. Ledins analyzes the peroxide value of each manufactured batch of fish oil. Liquid fish oil is a good and very affordable alternative if you have difficulty swallowing capsules.
