Good coffee is our craft and passion. Blue Java is a tasty composition made from carefully hand-picked Arabica beans from East Africa, South and Central America. By mixing different origins/coffee beans, we can bring out even more rich flavor nuances that create the unique Blue Java cup. Blue Java has acquired its tasty coffee character in our coffee roastery in Helsingborg, where our master roasters carefully dark roasted and cupped Arabica beans from Ethiopia, highlighting a spicy character with notes of citrus. We are passionate about our coffee and put great passion and care into ensuring that every single detail in our coffee craft is of the highest quality. The coffee beans in Blue Java come from, among other things, Rainforest Alliance certified plantations. This is part of our sustainability work to ensure that the coffee is grown in a way that protects the environment and provides better livelihood opportunities for coffee growers. All so that you as a coffee drinker can enjoy the tasty Zoégas cup and at the same time be part of a positive and sustainable development for the future, for people and the environment.
