🧂 Ingredients:

  • Risenta Lentil Crackers Sea Salt

  • 200 g frozen green peas, thawed

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and white pepper to taste

  • Quick-pickled red onion (thinly sliced red onion + vinegar + sugar + salt)

  • Fresh dill or mint for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a blender or with a stick mixer, blend thawed peas with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth but still slightly chunky.

  2. Spread a generous spoonful of pea purée on each lentil cracker.

  3. Top with a few rings of quick-pickled red onion.

  4. Garnish with fresh dill or mint.
