Risenta Lentil Crackers Sea Salt
200 g frozen green peas, thawed
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and white pepper to taste
Quick-pickled red onion (thinly sliced red onion + vinegar + sugar + salt)
Fresh dill or mint for garnish

In a blender or with a stick mixer, blend thawed peas with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth but still slightly chunky.
Spread a generous spoonful of pea purée on each lentil cracker.
Top with a few rings of quick-pickled red onion.
Garnish with fresh dill or mint.
