Our sea buckthorn fruit oil comes from organic berries that have been pressed to produce the golden red oil. It contains large amounts of the rare fatty acid omega 7, but also the fatty acids omega 3, 6 and 9 as well as vitamin E and beta-carotene.
Omega 7 contributes to the normal function of the skin and mucous membranes. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects the body's cells against free radicals, while beta-carotene is a precursor to vitamin A, which is important for the structure and function of the skin.
Recommended daily intake:
1-2 ml daily with a meal.
1 ml contains 920 mg (2 ml 1840 mg) pure Sea Buckthorn fruit oil.
Rapsodine Sea Buckthorn oil can be taken regularly for longer periods of time. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Sea Buckthorn oil can also be used externally. Add a small drop of oil (approx. 1–3%) to your face cream or face oil for an extra golden boost.
