Digestive enzymes convert food into nutrition. They help break down carbohydrates, protein and fat in the body. As usual, only the best possible option will do for us. When it came to digestive enzymes, we found our producer in the USA.

What are enzymes?

Enzymes are microscopic protein molecules that help break down the food we eat so that the body can absorb the nutrients. Enzymes are therefore made up of proteins, and different enzymes have a variety of different properties and functions.

Our cells contain a variety of enzymes and can have up to 1000 of them. Enzymes are needed to break down the food we eat and to absorb the nutrients from it. Vitamins, minerals and hormones also need enzymes to be broken down properly.

Enzymes help with bloating
