Nordic Chocolate Meadowseet, 70% - 90 grams

Through our chocolate, we aim to showcase the rich cultural heritage of the Västerbotten region. Meadowsweet grows wild in the fields under the midnight sun and has traditionally been used for both medicinal purposes and as a flavoring. The meadowsweet blossoms are gathered in Västerbotten during their bloom and are then raw-dried locally by BärandeProdukter. A delightful floral flavor with distinct notes of bitter almond creates a unique and exciting chocolate.
