Nutrihair Woman contains Actrisave™, a synergistic complex of black rice and prickly pear flower. Actrisave™ has a documented effect on the fullness and quality of the hair. The capsules also contain i.a. bamboo, sea buckthorn, L-lysine, iron and L-cysteine. L-cysteine is an amino acid that is found in large quantities in hair.

1 capsule per day, taken at any time of the day, with or without a meal.
