With magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium malate and magnesium lactate, all of which have high bioavailability and are gentle on the stomach. The capsules also contain highly concentrated sour cherry extract and standardized ginger extract. Ginger contains the bioactive substance gingerol.

Magnesium bisglycinate - magnesium has been bound with the amino acid glycine. High bioavailability and kind to the stomach.
Magnesium malate - an organic form of magnesium where the mineral is bound to malic acid. High bioavailability and kind to the stomach.
Magnesium lactate - an organic form of magnesium where the mineral is bound to lactate. High bioavailability and kind to the stomach. (lactic acid)

Sour cherry extract - prunus cerasus
MCT oil - from coconut, for optimal absorption
Rice starch - natural anti-caking agent
Vegetable Capsule - HPMC (Cellulose)
1-3 capsules per day, preferably taken after training or in the evening.
Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. In case of difficulty swallowing, the capsule can be opened and the contents sprinkled in any cold liquid. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
