NORDBO L-Glutamine Synergy is a synergistic complex with L-glutamine, magnesium bisglycinate, Le Guerandais sea salt, vitamin B6 and Astragin®.
L-glutamine is an amino acid that occurs naturally in the body, including in muscle tissue and blood. It is the most common amino acid in the body.
Magnesium bisglycinate means that magnesium has been bound to the amino acid glycine. Magnesium bisglycinate has high bioavailability and is gentle on the stomach. Magnesium contributes to maintaining normal muscle function, electrolyte balance and psychological function, as well as to reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Le Guerandais® sea salt comes from Brittany in France and is an unbleached, unrefined sea salt that contains natural minerals and trace elements.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to regulating hormonal activity, as well as to reducing tiredness and fatigue.
Astragin® is a patented plant extract of astragalus and notoginseng. Astragin® is designed to be combined with amino acids.
