Nordbo Beetroot Synergy is a nitrate-rich beetroot complex, consisting of RedNite™, L-arginine nitrate and D3V®.
RedNite™ is a standardized beetroot extract that is a natural source of nitrate. RedNite™ is a two-time finalist in the Nutraingredients EU Awards in Sports Nutrition and Cognition.
L-arginine nitrate is a compound that consists of the amino acid L-arginine bound to nitrate. In the body, the two building blocks are separated, but both are converted to nitric oxide.

Nitrate is especially converted to nitric oxide at low oxygen levels and high metabolic load.
A daily dose of Beetroot Synergy provides 200-400 mg of nitrate (2-4 capsules) and is preferably taken a couple of hours before physical activity.

2-4 capsules per day. Take at any time of the day, preferably with a meal. When exercising: take 2-3 hours before your workout. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with any liquid (avoid heat to preserve the nutrients). The recommended dose should not be exceeded.
