RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
1 tablet 3 times daily 15 minutes before meals with liquid. Dietary supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Pregnant women, nursing mothers and children should only use the product after consulting a doctor. Keep out of the reach of small children.
