MAGNESIUM MALATE
Magnesium is a mineral and in dietary supplements magnesium is always bound to another substance. In the body, after ingestion, magnesium is separated from the substance it was bound to. The amount of pure magnesium supplied is called elemental magnesium and it is the pure amount of magnesium that is declared. In magnesium malate, magnesium is bound to malic acid.
