RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
2 tablets with a glass of water daily for 45 days. Then 1 tablet with a glass of water daily. The tablets should be taken with a meal. Food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Pregnant women, nursing mothers and children should only use the product after consulting a doctor. Keep out of the reach of small children.
