MittVal MyPerformance - 45 tablets

MittVal MyPerformance is a dietary supplement developed for those who exercise regularly. This supplement contains magnesium, vitamin B6, and vitamin D. MyPerformance contains 360 milligrams of magnesium from three different sources (magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, and magnesium glycerophosphate). Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal protein synthesis, and normal energy metabolism. Magnesium also contributes to electrolyte balance.

1 tablet daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not take this product if you have severe renal impairment. Pregnant and/or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Magnesium supplements may cause gastrointestinal irritation and have a laxative effect in some individuals. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
