Ledins Dolomite is a dietary supplement. Dolomite is a mineral that comes directly from rocks. Dolomite contains both calcium and magnesium in a natural form. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and is needed to maintain normal bone structure. Magnesium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, normal muscle function, reduced tiredness and fatigue, normal bone structure and to normal energy metabolism.
Recommended daily dose
2–4 tablets per day. Take between meals or at night with a glass of water.
