Sommelier Skog is a lightly sparkling meal drink with aromas of juniper and pine needles and with hints of citrus, minerals and a certain smokiness.
The drink has a balanced acidity and a complex taste of juniper, pine needles and spruce shoots as well as ripe pears.
Goes well with a Wallenberger and other minced meat dishes, Nordic cuisine, white fish, game dishes, and vegetarian dishes. Works great as a companion drink or thirst quencher.

Carbonated water, apple must, grape juice from concentrate, lemon juice from concentrate, sugar, elderflower extract, acidified spruce cone aroma, gooseberry aroma, juniper aroma, mastic aroma, acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
