ROAST PROFILE We roast the coffee with a long roast profile to give a cup with developed and soft notes. For Nap Queen, we stretch out each phase of the roasting and then get a soft and full-bodied coffee. And a clear freshness that comes through!
ORIGIN The coffee in Nap Queen is grown by La Serrania, which is a group of 50 small-scale farmers in the Huila region in southwestern Colombia. Each producer first processes their coffee individually and then once all the coffee is collected, the caffeine is reduced.
