Unfortunately, it does not contain an extra dose of peace and quiet that you probably want, but it does contain a bunch of different vitamins and minerals.
We have also added a little folic acid, which contributes to tissue growth in pregnant women and has a role in the cell division process. So take it easy and treat yourself to an extra nap before the little one is here.
