Findus Authentic Mayonnaise is made according to a classic recipe dating back to 1947. It goes well with cold sauces, eggs and seafood, among other things. By “authentic” we mean that since its launch in 1947, the mayonnaise has met the requirements for an oil-based fat content of at least 80%, which was in effect for a long time. In contrast to so-called “fake” mayonnaise, which was prepared with, for example, butter or cream.
STORAGE: Opened packaging should be stored cold (+2 to +8º), not frozen.
Rapeseed oil, EGG YELLOW 7%, vinegar, MUSTARD SEED, sugar, salt, white pepper, thickeners (E401, E412, E417), cayenne pepper, preservative (E211) and coloring (beta-carotene).
