Multi Kvinna contains extra folic acid, which is important for women. Iron is also important for women as it contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and to normal oxygen transport in the body. Because women menstruate and thereby lose blood every month, which increases the need for iron in particular.
Enzymes and lactic acid bacteria
Multi kvinna is reinforced with digestive enzymes and lactic acid bacteria for the stomach. The natural enzymes from pineapple (bromelain) and papaya (papain) are so-called proteases that break down proteins in the food we eat. We have also added lactic acid bacteria in the form of Bacillus coagulans, a whopping 1 billion bacteria per capsule! Bacillus coagulans is a very stable bacterium that is not broken down by the stomach's hydrochloric acid but reaches the intestine unharmed.
Herbs
In Multi Kvinna we have also added 5 different herbal extracts adapted to women. Cranberry extract together with schisandra – an adaptogenic herb that helps the body deal with stress. Ginger and turmeric known for their anti-inflammatory properties. The standardized black pepper extract Bioperine® is a so-called "bioenhancer" that increases the absorption of other nutrients.
Recommended intake for adults: 1-2 capsules per day with a meal. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their midwife/doctor before use. Recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
