Multi Man contains a nutritional complex adapted for men containing over 30 active substances. A unique combination of vitamins, minerals (not iron), herbs, enzymes and lactic acid bacteria. Perfect for those who want an all-in-one product. Multi Man contains all important vitamins and minerals (not iron) as a supplement to your daily diet. Multi Man does not contain iron as men rarely need extra iron in contrast to women who have a greater need for iron due to iron loss through menstruation.
Enzymes and lactic acid bacteria
Multi Man is fortified with digestive enzymes and lactic acid bacteria for the stomach. The natural enzymes from pineapple (bromelain) and papaya (papain) are so-called proteases that break down proteins in the food we eat. We have also added lactic acid bacteria in the form of Bacillus coagulans, a whopping 1 billion bacteria per capsule! Bacillus coagulans is a very stable bacterium that is not broken down by the stomach's hydrochloric acid but reaches the intestine unharmed.
Herbs
In Multi Man we have also added 5 different herbal extracts adapted to men. Tomato extract contains lycopene, which gives tomatoes their red color and is a carotenoid and antioxidant. Pomegranate extract also contains powerful antioxidants. Ginger and turmeric known for their anti-inflammatory properties. The standardized black pepper extract Bioperine® is a so-called "bioenhancer" that increases the absorption of other nutrients.
USE
Recommended intake for adults: 1-2 capsules per day with a meal
