The honey I mix my chai spices into varies according to the season and the bees' access to flowers. The honey is cold-pressed and a craft that is made with love for the bees, the environment and the raw materials.

We have had many Karins in our family. A Karin baked constantly. In her older days, when she was tired and curmudgeon, she still baked as many kinds of cakes, but only half batches.
