BOB Squeezy Lingon - Now with 30% less sugar. The jam is cooked in our jam factory in Tollarp in Scania. Whole berries are crushed on site in the factory and then boiled to a smooth consistency that fits perfectly in the squeeze bottle. A practical package and a taste that suits the whole family.


Lingonberry Cream Cheese Bites (Lingonrutor på Knäcke)

A quick, sweet-and-savory appetizer or fika snack with that signature lingonberry tang. Ideal for holiday spreads, brunch, or whenever you're craving a little taste of Sweden.

🧂 Ingredients:

  • Crispbread (knäckebröd), broken into small squares or rectangles

  • 100 g cream cheese (or a mix of cream cheese and crème fraĂ®che)

  • Bob Squeezy Lingonberry Jam

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

  • Flaky salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese over each crispbread piece.

  2. Add a small dollop of lingonberry jam on top.

  3. Garnish with a few leaves of fresh thyme or rosemary.

  4. Finish with a tiny pinch of flaky salt for balance.
