USE: Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently to ensure continued protection, especially when sweating or after bathing and drying off. Allow the product to dry completely before coming into contact with clothing, furniture, etc., as sunscreen may stain fabrics and objects. DOSAGE: Children should use approximately 20 ml (a child's handful). Adults should use approximately 40 ml (a handful). It is important to follow the dosage instructions to achieve the correct protection. The most effective protection against the sun's rays is to stay in the shade and wear light clothing. Avoid the sun between 12:00 and 15:00 or when the UV index is 3 or higher. Children under 3 years of age should avoid direct sunlight altogether.
