ÖNOS Extra prime cloudberry jam – When the cloudberry has turned golden, it is time to harvest. It gives a delicious flavor to our fine cloudberry jam. From small Tollarp in Skåne, we have been preparing food products of the best quality for over 100 years. We never compromise on cooking methods or recipes when producing our jam. By always using the best ingredients, we can proudly say that we know what quality should taste like.
Cranberries, sugar, water, thickener (pectin), acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate) and antioxidant (ascorbic acid). 100 g of jam contains 45 g of cloudberries.
