Organic mustard from Johnnys. Deep fine color shade that attracts dark copper. The scent is dull and slightly spicy deep with a feeling of Christmas, cloves and bay leaves. The taste signals a small but marked heat which, in combination with acid and sweetness, becomes refreshing and appetizing. The consistency is somewhat rough and sticks to the tongue. The aftertaste leaves a lively and lively aroma of spice and heat.
