We fish the mussels in the Danish Limfjord, from sustainable stocks and they are MSC certified. Low fat, lots of protein and plenty of iron make mussels the perfect health food, perfect to eat as is, or in a good fish soup! Catch area: Blue mussels (Mytilus edulis) – North Sea (Limfjorden)
