Deviled Eggs with Kalles Kaviar (Swedish-Style)
A super easy, crowd-pleasing Scandinavian twist on deviled eggs using Kalles Kaviar. Great for smörgåsbord, Easter brunch, or a salty snack.
🧂 Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
2–3 tsp Kalles Kaviar (adjust to taste)
Fresh dill for garnish
Optional: finely chopped red onion or chives
👩🍳 Instructions:
Peel and halve the hard-boiled eggs. Carefully scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
Mash yolks with mayo, crème fraîche, and Kalles Kaviar until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
Top with a swirl of Kalles Kaviar and a sprig of dill.
Optional: sprinkle with chopped onion or chives for extra bite.
