Kebab-Style Wrap with Druvan Kebab Pepperoncini

Ingredients

  • Flatbreads, pita, or tortilla wraps

  • Roasted veggies (zucchini, bell pepper, onion, eggplant)

  • 200 g cooked protein of choice (falafel, grilled seitan, or chickpeas for vegan; kebab strips if not)

  • 4–5 Druvan Kebab Pepperoncini, sliced

  • Crisp lettuce or shredded cabbage

  • Sliced tomato & cucumber

  • Fresh parsley

Garlic-Yogurt Sauce

  • 150 g plant-based yogurt (or Greek yogurt)

  • 1 garlic clove, grated

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt & black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce: Stir together yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Chill until serving.

  2. Prepare fillings: Roast or grill veggies until slightly charred. Heat your protein choice.

  3. Assemble wraps: Spread garlic-yogurt sauce on flatbread, add lettuce/cabbage, roasted veggies, protein, and sliced pepperoncini.

  4. Top it off: Garnish with fresh parsley and a few extra whole Druvan Kebab Pepperoncini for crunch.

  5. Serve: Roll up and enjoy warm!
