Grilled Steak with Blå Band Béarnaise Sauce (Swedish Bistro Style)

Elevate your steak dinner with this creamy, herb-packed Béarnaise sauce — a Swedish favorite perfect for grilled meats, veggies, or even fries.

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 250g each)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 sachet Blå Band Classic Style Béarnaise Sauce mix

  • 150 ml cold water

  • 50 g butter

  • Fresh tarragon or parsley for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.

Grill or pan-sear the steaks to your desired doneness. Let them rest while you prepare the sauce.

In a saucepan, whisk the Béarnaise sauce mix with 150 ml cold water.

Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and stir in the butter until smooth and creamy.

Serve the steaks topped with warm Béarnaise sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
