This year's Julknäcke is our tribute to Christmas and all its flavors. Here, the well-known taste of cloves meets our classic rye knäcke and creates a moist, crispy bread with a round character and the scent of winter and warmth.
Baked in Leksand with water from our own spring and Swedish wholegrain rye flour – just like six generations before us. A bread to share with family and friends, for the herring, cheeses and good times on the Christmas table.
