Blackberry jam from Den Gamle Fabrik, a fantastically delicious jam with a lovely taste of sweet blackberries. The jam is perfect both on the breakfast table and with a cheese platter. And the best thing after the taste is the easy-to-open lid! Den Gamle Fabrik has been making jams from the finest fruits and berries for over 175 years. Just like in the old days, the jam is made in open pots under gentle heating. It is a winning concept for preserving the natural flavor of the ingredients and maintaining the delicious berries and fruit pieces that add that little extra.
Pannacotta with cream cheese and jam
Ingredients:
1 gelatin sheet
1 ½ dl whipped cream
½ dl granulated sugar
200 g cream cheese
4 tbsp jam
Fresh fruit or berries
Leave the gelatin sheet in cold water while you boil the cream and sugar. Remove the cream from the heat and stir in the soft gelatin sheet so that it melts into the cream, then let the mixture cool slightly before mixing in the cream cheese. Pour into nice jam-filled glasses and store the Pannacotta in the refrigerator for at least five hours before serving.
Garnish with fresh fruit or berries, preferably the same type as the jam.
