A creamy taco gratin with the classic combination of cumin, tomato, chili and garlic. Crème fraiche makes the taste extra round and delicious.
Set the oven to 200 °C and cook 250 g of pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Brown 400 g of minced meat in a hot frying pan.
Add a bag of Blå Band spice mix, 2 dl of crème fraiche and 3 dl of water. Bring to the boil while stirring.
Line the bottom of an ovenproof dish with pasta and pour over the minced meat. Sprinkle over 100 g (approx. 2 dl) of grated cheese and gratinate in the oven for approx. 10 minutes. Good luck and enjoy your meal!
