🥪 Swedish Liver Pâté & Pickled Cucumber Open Sandwich

A classic Swedish open-faced sandwich combining creamy liver pâté with the sweet and tangy crunch of ÖNOS Mor Annas Smörgåsgurka. Perfect for a traditional fika or as part of a smörgåsbord.

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of dark rye bread (e.g., kavring or rågbröd)

  • 4 tablespoons liver pâté (leverpastej)

  • 8–12 slices of ÖNOS Mor Annas Smörgåsgurka

  • Butter, for spreading

  • Optional: fresh parsley or chives for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Lightly butter each slice of rye bread.

  2. Spread a generous layer of liver pâté over the buttered bread.

  3. Top each slice with 2–3 pieces of ÖNOS Mor Annas Smörgåsgurka.
