Gravlax with Druvan Hovmästarsås
Ingredients
500 g gravlax (cured salmon), thinly sliced
4 tbsp Druvan Hovmästarsås
1 bunch fresh dill, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving
To serve with:
Swedish crispbread (knäckebröd) or rye bread
Boiled new potatoes or potato salad
A small green salad (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the plate: Arrange thin slices of gravlax on a large serving platter or individual plates.
Add the sauce: Spoon Druvan Hovmästarsås alongside or drizzle lightly over the salmon.
Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh dill and add lemon wedges on the side.
Serve: Traditionally enjoyed with crispbread or rye bread, plus potatoes on the side for a heartier meal.
