Druvan® Gravlax sauce is a tasty sauce where the sweetness is balanced by a good dill flavor. Druvan® Gravlax sauce is produced according to tradition in our own factory in Eslöv. It goes just as well with smoked salmon as it does with fried fish. Druvan® Gravlax sauce is also good with seafood and sushi. Try it yourself and be surprised!
Gravlax with Druvan Classic Gravlax Sauce & Dill Potatoes
Ingredients
500 g gravlax (cured salmon), thinly sliced
4–5 tbsp Druvan Classic Gravlax Sauce
800 g new potatoes
2 tbsp butter (or vegan alternative)
3 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
Salt & black pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Cook potatoes: Boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain, then toss with butter, dill, salt, and pepper.
Prepare salmon: Arrange slices of gravlax neatly on a serving platter.
Add sauce: Spoon Druvan Classic Gravlax Sauce into a small bowl or drizzle lightly over the salmon.
Serve: Plate with dill potatoes on the side, garnish with lemon wedges, and extra dill for freshness.
Variations
Serve on Swedish crispbread or rye bread for a lighter starter.
Add a small green salad with pickled cucumber for balance.
Use the sauce as a dressing for roasted root vegetables if you want a twist.
