Helosan Original is a skin ointment for dry and irritated skin. The ointment softens the skin and protects against dehydration. The Helosan ointment can be used for extra dry skin areas on the whole body, on hands that easily get skin cracks and on dry elbows & lips.
The Helosan contains humectants and the ointment sits as a layer on top of the skin for a while to give the skin time to moisturize. The ointment also helps to make the skin more resistant to external influences. The ointment contains oil from Eucalyptus Globulus (a tree in the myrtle family), which gives the ointment a fresh scent. Does not contain any animal ingredients.
The Helosan ointment can be used for the whole body, and by the whole family - even for the pets. The ointment cares for dry foot pads on dogs, dry teats on cows and can be used preventively against skin cracks in the joints of horses. A real all-round salvo in other words!
