ALTEZZA espresso is a blend of high quality aromatic Arabica beans from Kenya, Ethiopia, Burundi and Brazil. To then balance out the acidity, we have added 20% of a high-class African robusta bean, which also means that you get a fantastic crema on your Espresso.
The beans are then gently drum-roasted to a beautiful dark red-brown color that brings out the very best aromas from your Espresso.
We would say this composition gives an espresso with a character that we in Sweden appreciate the most. A perfect balance!
