Mini Rut is baked according to our old family recipe with only natural ingredients: whole grain rye, water from our own spring, yeast and a pinch of salt. The dough is kneaded with a special rolling pin that makes the bread checkered. In addition to looking nice, the bread will also be tender and crispy.
Mini-Rut, the children's favorite, is fun to break into bite-sized pieces for soup and filet or to put directly in the mouth.
