Make a no-bake pie crust with a retro Swedish twist.

You’ll need:

  • 150g Tom & Jerry cookies

  • 75g melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Crush cookies into fine crumbs.

  2. Mix with melted butter.

  3. Press into a pie dish and chill for 30 mins.

  4. Fill with custard, mousse or berries.
