Multi Hydration contains the coconut water powder CocoMineral®, Aquamin, Himalayan salt, watermelon powder and magnesium bisglycinate. Aquamin is extracted from mineral-rich red algae.

The powder has a refreshing taste of blueberry and watermelon, dissolves easily in water and has a faster effect than capsules. Without added sugar or sweeteners.

Aquamin MgTG - extracted from mineral-rich red algae. With a higher magnesium content than Aquamin F.
Magnesium bisglycinate - magnesium has been bound with the amino acid glycine, a form that is kind to the gut and has high bioavailability.
Natural flavor - blueberry
1-2 scoops per day, taken as needed. The powder is mixed with any liquid (avoid hot liquid to preserve the nutrition).
